What is an e-TICKET?
The e-TICKET (print-at-home ticket or electronic ticket) is the simplest way to get Stade Toulousain seats for French or European Championships at the Ernest Wallon Stadium or the Toulouse Stadium. The e-TICKET lets you print the document which will give you access to the stadium, with your own printer. You can print your tickets in color or in black and white on one side of a blank sheet of A4 paper. The information provided on the e-TICKET must be legible when inspected at access control. With the e-TICKET, ordering is easier and you do not have to collect your ticket(s) at the ticket counter. Once you have placed your order, you are solely responsible for your e-TICKET(S). Any attempted ticket fraud will be detected electronically by a security agent on the day of the match.
What are the advantages?
What is the difference between the e-TICKET and a traditional ticket?
The e-TICKET is like any other ticket. It gives you the same access and contains the same information as a conventional ticket. Therefore, you must have one ticket per person, per seat and per match.
Does your name appear on the e-TICKET ?
The surname and forename of the person who placed the order are written on each e-TICKET However, at the access control point, only the barcode will be checked. You are not required to show identification to enter.
What does an e-ticket look like?
An e-TICKET is a sheet of A4 paper which has all of the necessary information as well as an unforgeable barcode. To view a specimen e-ticket, click here.
What do I need to order e-tickets?
How do I collect my e-TICKET?
Once you have paid and the transaction is validated, you will receive an order confirmation by email explaining how to print your e-tickets. Go back to the online ticket site, access your personal space located in the upper right-hand part of the page, then click on "your orders". There you will find all of the e-tickets which must be printed by clicking on each "e-TICKET" line. If nothing is displayed when you click on the lines, install the latest free version of Acrobat Reader. (Download here.)
You can also download all of the e-tickets in zipped format. To open the contents of the file, you need to install winrar. (Download software here.)
What do I do if I do not receive an email with the information about my order?
The identification step is extremely important. Please confirm your email when you register. We advise you not to copy and paste in order to avoid typos, omissions or incomplete domain names. Before ordering, remember to make sure that your email address is valid and that you have enough space in your inbox to receive the confirmation emails. It is highly recommended to free adequate space to receive the registration and order confirmation email. If you have any problems you can contact our ticket service.
What is Adobe Acrobat Reader and what is it for?
This free software lets you read PDF files. You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to print your e-TICKET. If you do not have this software, click here to download it for free.
I have bought some e-TCIKETS for my friends. How can I send them to them by email?
All you need to do is identify yourself on your personal space. You will see the history of all the e-TICKET you have ordered on the Stade Toulousain ticket site. If you wish to send them to a third party, you need to save a copy of the e-tickets on your hard drive and send them as email attachments. Make sure that the email address you wish to sent the ticket(s) to is correct.
Do I need to have a color printer?
You can print your e-TICKET with a color or black and white printer. However, in order to ensure optimal scanning of the barcode at access control, we recommend that you select the highest quality in the printing properties.
What type of paper do I need to use to print my e-ticket(s)?
Your e-ticket must imperatively be printed on one side of a blank sheet of white A4 paper without modifying the print size, in portrait (vertical) orientation, in color or in black and white, with a laser or inkjet printer. When printing, you must use only one side of the sheet of A4 paper in order to ensure that the information is clearly printed and legible. You can fold the paper twice along the dotted lines. A barcode must appear on one of the visible sides of the folded paper. You are solely responsible if your e-TCIKETS are poorly printed.
What happens if my e-TICKET is lost or poorly printed?
Since the e-ticket will be checked with a scanner by a security agent when you enter the stadium, please make sure that the barcode and all other information are clearly printed and legible. If, after printing your e-ticket, it seems too light (low ink level), is smudged or has a poorly printed barcode, print it again. If you have lost it, do not worry. Print it again making sure that you have not already sent it to anyone and destroy all existing copies.
Please note that if all of the information does not appear on the e-TICKET (especially the barcodes), set the margins to 0 before printing it again. Also make sure that you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
The rule is simple: Only the first person who shows the e-ticket when entering the stadium will be allowed to attend the event. If you print several copies, do not lose them and if you do lose them, remember to destroy them.
How is my e-ticket checked when I enter the stadium?
Each e-TICKET has two identical barcodes containing data used to identify the holder of the ticket and to check the validity of the ticket as well as information about both the ticket price granted to the holder and the match. This ticket is scanned at the stadium entrance by a security agent which allows the system to record data from the e-ticket thus preventing ticket fraud. Please note that for all seats ordered at reduced rates, you will be required to show proof of eligibility at the access control point. (A different proof of eligibility for each seat)
Is there a special entrance for e-ticket holders at the Ernest Wallon and Toulouse Stadiums?
Yes. To facilitate your access to the stadium, special signs are used. As soons as you arrive at the stadium, locate the "e-TICKET" signs. Head toward one of these gates and show your e-TICKET. To view the access map, click here.
At the Ernest Wallon Stadium, the three entrances are equipped with the "e-ticket" access control system. At the Toulouse Stadium, you can use the main entrance or the pool entrance. Remember to locate these entrances as you approach either of the stadiums. To view the acces map of the Toulouse Stadium, click here.
Can I fold my e-TICKET?
You can fold your e-TICKET twice along the dotted lines to facilitate barcode scanning.
What do I need to show if I buy a reduced-rate e-TICKET ?
You must show proof of eligibility when you enter the stadium if you have paid for your seats at a reduced rate. The different forms of proof of eligibility are a valid school card, student card or identification card for children under 18 years of age. If you do not show proof of eligibility, you will be charged the difference between a full-price ticket and a reduced-rate ticket.
Can I photocopy my e-TICKET and give it to someone?
Reproduction or forgery of e-TICKETS is illegal and dangerous for the legitimate holder of the ticket, whether the holder is the person who purchased the ticket or the recipient of the ticket. Only the first person who shows the e-ticket will be allowed into the stadium. You are responsible for your own ticket. Keep it in a safe place and make sure not to give out photocopies of the ticket. For these reasons, it is stricly forbidden to buy an e-ticket on the black market.
